Dr. Emily Baas graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. Following University, she moved to Toronto Ontario where she attended CMCC for 4 more years. During these 4 years she became certified in Cupping and participated in the Level 1 Activator course. After which, she graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2017. Following her graduation, Dr. Baas moved from her hometown of Dorchester, Ontario and began the journey of her new life in British Columbia.

Megan began her yoga journey in 2008 and took her first hot yoga class in 2012, she quickly fell in love and has been a practitioner ever since. As her love for yoga grew, she started to branch out and explore different yoga styles and ways in which to move the body.

In 2014 Alex completed her 200hr certification with Christina Raskin and Soul Thrive Yoga. She had no intention of teaching, but the power of yoga sparked a curiousity in her on how to bring students into the present moment? She began teaching immediatly, searching for ways to honor the individuality of each human body while uniting them in their own true nature.
As a teacher she has always continued as a student. Opening herself more to the power of yoga, completing her 500hr certification with Alexandria Crow, as well as certifications in fascia release, hands on assists, philosophy, Yin, prenatal and postnatal.
